We guarantee to review and that all complaints will be resolved within seven (7) business days from the date we receive a complete complaint.

• Permanent account termination for severe or repeated violations.

• Notification to law enforcement or relevant authorities where necessary.

If we determine no violation has occurred, no action will be taken.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

By submitting a complaint, you agree that any legal action or proceeding arising from or related to this policy shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
