Shuichiro Minato—a young man who lives in Tokyo. The police gave him the nickname “Exhibitiman.” Fundamentally opposed to the idea of clothing, he is driven by a powerful compulsion to get naked.

This obsession has led him to risk his very life to streak, and one day, amid the Christmas lighting of a beautiful winter night, it led him to be arrested for indecent exposure and assault.

Shuichiro defended himself in court, describing his acts of exhibitionism as self-expression—art—but no one understood him. He was sentenced to ten years of penal servitude for resisting arrest and his repeated acts of public indecency.

What’s more, he was deemed too far gone to rehabilitate… and thrown into Tulip Prison.
