Kawano Hatsuyuki is a third-year student at Shirosaki Academy. Given the school is designed to help prepare students for higher education, Hatsuyuki is one of the rare few troublemakers. He begrudgingly comes to school day after day since he’s in danger of not being able to graduate.

The month is December, when the first snow of the year falls. While wandering around the older parts of town, Hatsuyuki stumbles upon a beautiful girl adorned in a white dress, who seems to be looking for a rabbit amidst the snow. A few days after that peculiar nighttime encounter, the girl, Sakura, transfers to Hatsuyuki’s school–in order to take Hatsuyuki along his final winter.

The seasons change, and those 1,095 long days finally come to an end. Winter has faded, and spring is in the air. Looking back fondly on those snowy memories, the boy stands tall as he’s about to graduate. From the first snow to the blooming cherry blossoms… Congratulations.
