Description

November, the start of winter.
Kirihara Academy for Girls, a missionary boarding school located in the remote Japanese mountains.
It’s here we find our protagonist, Shiratori Ritsu, the sole male allowed on campus and the school priest.

He has the power to bring bliss to those he touches, and that ability is enhanced if the contact is sexual in nature.
Never once has he set foot outside the academy grounds, which protect him from demons lusting after him.
But the girls of this academy come to him, believing he’s their guardian angel, and he obliges.

For he is burdened by the death of a girl, which strengthened his resolve to make others happy.
This constant mix of the holy and the sinful has him just barely holding onto his sanity.
And the sudden arrival of a new girl raises the curtain on a whole new story.
For she is the one hundred year old vampire, Mary Harker.

However, her infiltration of the academy brings with it another surprise… Namely, a phone call from the devil.

Can these powers of his truly bring joy to people’s hearts? For what reason was he born?
This is a tale of life, woven into prayer.

Setting

Kirihara Academy Grounds
A girl’s only missionary school located in the north Kanto mountains.
A birdcage from which the girls sing their songs.

One hundred years ago, it was a settlement for foreigners in these lands, and even
its more recent transformation into a place of learning does nothing to detract from its small European town feel.
Each one of the original buildings, with their quaint differences, serve as dorms.

Religion’s hold on the school has been fraying in recent years, with even before-meal prayers no longer required.
The girls themselves believe that a more ordinary boarding school gives them the perfect opportunity to play the princess,
and hence more lenient rules have been drawn up over the years.

Kirihara Academy School Building
“Each year’s students are split into three classes, with each class having 30 students, for a total student body of around 300.

The academy building is actually the newest one on the grounds, though it was designed
to match the style of the original buildings.
Despite its ancient appearance, it has a fully functional air conditioning system.

The students aren’t allowed out of the grounds, but the school buildings are furnished with everything they could ever need for extracurricular activities.
There’s even a heated pool with a diving board.
The comfort and happiness of students is priority number one at this academy, leading to less competitive clubs with no records or prizes to speak of.

The Protagonist’s Residence
The House
The protagonist, Shiratori Ritsu, lives in one of the academy’s dorms.
It’s located at the northern end of campus, far away from where the female students reside.

With the only chapel in the area annexed to it, it looks magnificent even amidst the other buildings.
Its many guest rooms make it spacious enough for a large group of people to share without stepping on each other’s toes.

Some of our main heroines may find themselves living there, too, as our story unfolds.

The Greenhouse
The original occupants of the residence were so keen on fauna they erected a greenhouse right in the middle.
It’s still maintained and functioning in modern times.
A circulatory hydration system means there’s little manual upkeep involved.
The table and chairs make it a perfect place to host tea.

The Chapel
“The protagonist is both a student and the priest for the academy, though not many students remain truly devout these days.
The fact that he’s male and lives alone makes them all the more hesitant to visit.

…Unless their reason for visiting isn’t to offer prayers to God.
