Purchasing on Denpasoft

Once your payment has been sent and you received a confirmation on our website and by email, the transfer still needs to take place. Your account might show a frozen amount for the purchase, but it doesn’t mean that the transfer was done yet. Once your payment has been fully verified and processed, you will receive an email with your downloads.

Payment processing can take a few minutes and up to a few hours, but if it takes any longer, we suggest contacting our support team to clear the payment. This can be due to a number of reasons, one of the most frequent is that the information is written slightly differently, or a typo was inserted by mistake.

  

Due to governmental regulations in Japan, users in Japan are restricted from both accessing this site and making purchases. Any purchases found to be originating from Japan will be canceled and refunded immediately.

Refund

If you change your mind about your order, you may cancel and receive a full refund prior to download, but in no case later than 3 days after the original purchase date. We do not accept cancellations after that period.

If a timely cancellation request is submitted, your refund will be credited to the payment account used to make the original purchase. Please allow 3-5 days for processing.

For pre-order of a physical item, please note that no refund is possible after the end of the pre-ordering period. The pre-order deadline is displayed on the physical item’s product page on our online store.
